Frequently asked questions
How do you price if talent rates vary?
We price outcomes and capacity, not individuals. Each proposal includes an outcome goal, AC, cadence, capacity, and a role‑mix range. If composition stays within range, price stays fixed; material changes use a short written change note.
What are the pricing anchors?
Small $20k–40k, Standard $40k–80k, Large $80k+ per month (USD). Anchors reflect typical senior‑led capacity; final price depends on scope and role mix.
Which currency do you invoice in?
Invoices are issued in USD.
How do you bill?
Milestone‑based or retainer. Retainers bill monthly in arrears, Net 15. New engagements may include a 20–30% deposit to start.
Can we start smaller?
Yes. Fixed‑price entry packages: Discovery Workshop ($2k–5k, 1–2 weeks) and Technical / AI Audit (scope‑based fixed price).
What’s included each cycle/month?
Outcome goal and AC, planned small bets, demos/release notes, brief evidence notes on impact, async updates, and PR‑first reviews.
Can we scale up or down mid‑engagement?
Yes. Scaling changes require 30 days' written notice. Changes are codified in writing and applied to the next cycle, ensuring adjustments don’t derail delivery.
Do you require recurring meetings?
No. Async by default; we meet when it’s the fastest path to unblock.
How do you handle change requests?
With a written change note covering the change, rationale, impact on capacity or price, and a recommendation. Minor shifts stay within the current anchor; material shifts start next cycle.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Privacy‑by‑default, least‑privilege access, and audit‑friendly logs. Governance work is scoped with AC and evidence notes.
Who owns the IP?
You do. IP, artifacts, and accounts are assigned to the client per the service agreement upon payment of due invoices.
What are payment terms and cancellation?
Milestone‑based or retainer. Retainers are Net 15. New engagements may include a 20–30% deposit. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice; we continue through the notice period with wrap‑up and handover.
